Jordan, the technician who came out to handle my carpet cleaning, was punctual, polite, professional, and personable. His attention to detail, genuine character, and overall demeanor had already sold me on the service before he even began working.
I genuinely wish more home service companies sent gentlemen like Jordan into their customers’ homes. He represented his company exceptionally well, and his professionalism made the entire experience that much better.
The cost was comparable to the other quotes I received, but I can confidently say that you get what you pay for. The quality of the work, coupled with the customer service, made it worth every penny.
I’m currently preparing to move out of my residence, and I have no doubt that the property management team will be just as pleased with the condition of the carpets as I am. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use this company.
I would gladly recommend their services, and Jordan in particular, to anyone looking for quality work performed by someone who clearly takes pride in what he does.
